The housing market at that time was starting to shift as the mortgage rates were starting to spike. But desirable homes continued to get multiple offers. I was in hurry to purchase a home that had just come on the market in my preferred residential area of San Jacinto. I attended the open house and immediately fell in love and contacted Margarita. The next day I was in her office and after discussing our buying strategy she made contact with the other agent same day.
